A Life Shaped by Movement
My journey began at sixteen, when I unrolled my first yoga mat and discovered a practice that would quietly redirect the entire course of my life. What started as personal curiosity evolved into a calling, and by 2009, I had earned my certifications in both yoga and mat Pilates — the foundation upon which everything that followed has been built.
From Local Studios to the World Stage
Not long after, I was headhunted to teach at a studio in Kuwait — my first taste of how movement can carry you across borders and cultures. That single opportunity opened a door I have never stopped walking through.
I traveled to India three times, immersing myself in the birthplace of yoga. It was there, between sun salutations and sacred mornings, that I met my husband. What followed was perhaps the most extraordinary chapter of my life: my husband and I lived out of a single suitcase for two years, traveling the globe and teaching at Ashtanga shalas in some of the most respected studios in the world.
A Global Practice, A Personal Touch
Today, my work spans continents. I am privileged to serve a roster of private clients stretching from Frankfurt to New York, and I maintain a long-standing list of corporate clients in Singapore. Each session — whether in a sunlit living room or a polished boardroom — is built on the same principle: movement should heal, not harm.
My Mission
At the heart of my teaching is a commitment to women — helping them understand how to move their bodies safely, intelligently, and intuitively. So much of modern life keeps us locked in cycles of stress, and one of my deepest passions is guiding my clients to lower their cortisol levels, reconnect with their breath, and rediscover strength that feels sustainable rather than punishing.
The Next Chapter: Reformer Pilates
In 2017, I stepped onto a Reformer for the first time — and I have been utterly obsessed ever since. What began as a personal practice has now become a professional one: I am newly certified in Reformer Pilates and could not be more excited to share this transformative method with my community.
Movement is my language. Teaching is my purpose. And helping women feel at home in their bodies — strong, calm, and capable — is the work of my lifetime.
